After a bit of a long break – August had five weeks – I’m back on air at KRFC 88.9 FM.
If you are new to HeidiTown, and I know several of you have just moved to town, I have had a segment on KRFC, Fort Collins Public Radio since August 2011. Currently, the segments air every other week on Wednesdays prior to The Bikes & Beer Show (see their logo to the left), and on Fridays during your drive home. I had been preparing new material every single week, but it became too much work, plus I had to drive from HeidiTown to Fort Collins every week (not a short distance). So now my segments air just twice a month.
In this segment I discuss the blog posts here on HeidiTown that some of the listening audience may have missed, and I remind people that HeidiTown is the place for information on Colorado Oktoberfests. There’s also an update on Colorado dinner theater productions and previews of several events coming up in early September like Install: story, a new literature festival taking place in Loveland.
