It’s time for another HeidiTown segment on KRFC 88.9 FM. I’ve been on Fort Collins community radio since August 2011. The station has been on air since 2003. KRFC’s shows are programmed and hosted by volunteers. In fact, volunteers donate more than 40,000 hours of their time annually to KRFC and 95% of programming is hosted by real people like me.

In this week’s HeidiTown segment I talk about some ways to unwind during the hectic holiday season, and let’s face it, we all need to find some ways to decompress at this time of year. The holidays are fun, but they are also exhausting.
