When I was working on branding HeidiTown, I had the good old American road trip in mind. I love the idea of setting out across this great country in an old 50s car, eating at diners and stopping to see roadside novelties such as the world’s biggest ball of string.
I am not a real “car person.” I like a dependable car and I like it to be blue. Although now that I own a car with a V6, and I’m enjoying the extra power (a V6 just may become one of my requirements).
Despite being a non-car person, I do like classic cars, and someday I’d love to own a baby blue “˜57 Chevy Bel Air.
For classic car lovers, this weekend at The Ranch in Loveland is not to be missed. It’s the Good Guys Car Show and 13th annual Colorado Nationals, an outdoor car show featuring over 2000 hot rods, classic cars, muscle cars and trick trucks.
