It’s time for another HeidiTown segment on KRFC 88.9 FM. If you haven’t yet heard me on the radio, the shows air on Wednesdays around noon and Fridays at 5:30 p.m.
This week’s show is about maps, road trips and beer. Maps are one of my husband’s favorite things, while we both love road trips and beer. I like maps, but I get car sick if I look away from the road for just a few seconds, so on our travels around England ten years ago, my poor husband had to drive AND read the map. Ten years ago no one owned a smart phone, and our little European-style Ford Focus was not equipped with a navigation system.
Oh how times have changed.
