The HeidiTown community segment has been running on KRFC 88.9 FM since August 2011.
Over the years, I have changed how I share the segments here on HeidiTown.com. At first I was producing cool YouTube videos, but that was too time intensive. In response to several requests I began posting the entire transcript here including links to everything I mentioned in the show. That took almost as long as producing the videos. So now I just simply give you a sentence or two and let you listen at your leisure.
We’re all volunteers at KRFC, because it’s community radio, but despite the lack of a paycheck, it’s been fun to be associated with a radio station for all these years. Who knows what the future holds, but for the time being, I’m continuing my run at KRFC into the future.
