Review originally published on August 20, 2009. Downtown Loveland has a new restaurant at 124 E. 4th Street. The former Cipoletti’s restaurant is now the PourhouseBar & Grill. Pourhouse opened yesterday, and I was there to check it out. The first noticeable difference is the outside of the building – it has been painted black. The inside has been altered only slightly. NewWestFest kicks off its 21st year today in Fort Collins, with more than 50 bands taking the stage in several venues, including a Kids Music Adventure stage located at the Fort Collins Museum Courtyard on College. Perhaps the most famous musician playing the festival is Academy Award and two-time grammy award winner Melissa Etheridge, who will headline the Mountain Avenue main stage at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night.
