Fort Collins Music Experiment, Colorado

Like music? If you answered yes to this question, you should get to Fort Collins, Colorado  this Friday and Saturday. 150 bands will play 15 venues  during this  musical extravaganza! A two-day pass is  only $15. There’s no better deal around, so get out there and support local musicians.  You are sure to find something to suit your musical tastes. The Elders to play all 3 days of the Rocky Mountain Irish Festival

It’s official, the Celtic rock band from Kansas City, The Elders, will again be  playing at this summer’s Rocky Mountain Irish Festival (formerly the Fort Collins Irish Festival). The Elders are the Mayor’s all-time favorite band. Learn more about them and hear their music at www.eldersmusic.com. Berthoud alive with the sound of music, tomorrow night

Wildfire Community Arts Center‘s Eighth Annual Summer Film Festival is drawing to a close, with only two films left. Rained out for much of the season, tomorrow night the Center will be showing one of my personal favorites, “The Sound of Music.” Next Friday night’s film is “Despereaux” (August 28). It will be the last show of the season. The movies begin at dusk and are shown in the courtyard
