A freshly roasted ear of corn dripping in butter and sprinkled with a little pepper – this is why we head to Corn Roast Festival in Loveland, Colorado every year.
This year’s festival kicks off at 5 p.m. today – and don’t be late! At 5:30 p.m. the famous Corn Shucking Contest will be held. Hundreds of ears of corn will be shucked right before your eyes. It’s amazing and hysterically funny all at the same time.
This year the festival will be held at Fairgrounds Park, just south of downtown Loveland at 700 S. Railroad Avenue.
From music to rubber duck races, the Corn Roast Festival is bunches and bunches of corny fun. The festival runs today through Saturday, August 22.
