Breathless in Berthoud Morris Dancers performing at Berthoud Days in June 2009. The troupe brings their high energy dance to the Wildfire Arts Festival this weekend.
They will be dancing in the streets of Berthoud this weekend. From 4 to 10 p.m., on Saturday, August 29, there will be live music, face painting, dance performances, wine tasting and much more.
The festival will be held on Massachusetts Street between Fourth and Fifth streets. It is free to attend, with a $5 charge for the wine tasting at 7 p.m. Local artists and merchants have donated wonderful items for the silent auction, which will also take place during the festival.
The event raises money and awareness for the Wildfire Community Arts Center, a grass roots, non-profit providing art works shops, theater, dance and more to the community of Berthoud. Visit their Website at www.wildfirearts.org.
