There are several upcoming dog events in Northern Colorado, and being the Mayor of a dog friendly town I decided to write about a few of these unique events.
I know first hand that dogs play an important part in many of our lives. They are often our best friends and sometimes our helpers and healers. These events will be raising money and awareness for the organizations that are helping dogs find homes, or helping humans through dog therapy.
The first event I’d like to highlight is the 15th Annual Doggie Olympics on Sunday, September 18, 2010 at City Park in Fort Collins.
